So for the past few months, additiv has been fortunate enough to work with Leigh Crocker from Ion Group who has helped us to look at our business from an outsider’s perspective. This has been an invaluable experience.
Very early on we realized, we can tend to get caught up in the day to day bump and grind of it all, that we don’t stop to take stock of where we are (smell the roses!), think about where we have come and importantly, plan for where we are going.
